No.  We have the most current edition of Quickbooks.  There is no need for you to purchase it.  We will take care of it all from our office.
However, if you would like remote access to your files from our office, you will need to have Quickbooks.

Can you help me with the IRS and Oregon Department of Revenue for payroll reports and EIN#?

Yes.  For the Oregon Department of Revenue, we will fill out the combined employer's registration form.  For the IRS, we will fill out the paperwork to get the FEIN# for you.

What do I need to do to set up my business?

1) Business name
2) Decide what entity you want to be (LLC, Sole Proprietor, S-Corp, etc)
3) File the name with the State of Oregon
4) Get your BIN# (Oregon) and FEIN# (Federal)
5) Open up a business checking account (if you are a corporation, you will need to bring your papers to the bank)
6) Keep track of all of your expenses and income
7) Find a bookkeeper!
8) Find a CPA or Tax Preparer

Do you a have CPA that can help me with my taxes?

Yes, we have many that we work with as well as an Enrolled Agent (non-CPA tax preparer)
